DAY 1

CAMPING (BREAKFAST X 2 LUNCH X 2 HIGH TEA X 2 DINNER X 2)

Arrive in Maun International Airport whereby Bush Orchestra Safaris Meet and Greet team will be waiting to transfer you to your accommodation facility in a hotel and stay here for 1 night on bed and breakfast basis lunch and dinner at own expenses Arriving at the Hotel a quick freshen up Your activities which is also an adventure starts  at mokoro station just few kilometers from Maun by the edge of Okavango Delta for your mokoro Sundown Maun is a town on the Thamalakane River in western Botswana. It's the jumping-off point for the vast inland Okavango Delta, which becomes a lush wildlife habitat during the seasonal floods Maun has grown rapidly from its early days as a small, rural frontier good shopping centers town and now a Tourism of Capital of Botswana.

DAY 2-3 MAKGADIKGADI PANS NATIONAL PARK

We depart to Makgadikgadi National Park after breakfast. We will do a day trip to Baines baobabs. Baines Baobab are  Located in northern Botswana in Nxai Pan National Park, the group of trees that Baines immortalized are estimated to be over 1500 years old. Also known as "The Sleeping Sisters" (as one tree is growing sideways) they're considered to be some of the tallest in the area, hitting about 20 feet in height. These monumental trees (Adansonia Digitata) are located in the Nxai pan National Park in Botswana The land scape is vast and endless in fact salt pan are downright the gigantic dwarfing Belgium and holding the world’s record for being one of the largest salt pans landscapes in the world and your Botswana safari should not miss the terrific Baines Baobab trees. The following morning after breakfast we shall have another day trip to Nxai pan we spend 2 nights wilderness camping in Makgadikgadi Pans

DAY 4 MAKGADIKGADI PANS NATIONAL PARK

SLEEP OUT (BREAKFAST X1 LUNCH X1 HIGH TEA X1 DINNER X1)

We depart to Salt pan sleep out located in Makgadikgadi which situated in the middle of the dry savanna of north-eastern Botswana, is one of the largest salt flats in the world. The pan is all that remains of the formerly enormous Lake Makgadikgadi, which once covered an area larger than Switzerland, but dried up tens of thousands of years ago. Recent studies of human mitochondrial DNA suggest that modern Homo sapiens first began to evolve in this region some 200,000 years ago, when it was a vast, exceptionally fertile area of lakes, rivers, marshes, woodlands and grasslands especially favorable for habitation by evolving hominins and other mammals. The Makgadikgadi Salt Pan Sleep out is an extra ordinary experiential sleep out under the stars on the vast Makgadikgadi Salt Pans this is an amazing encounter and a package suitable for Honeymoon where by guests will spend a night under a blanket of stars  The sleep-out experience actually covers much more than just the night under the stars.

DAY 5 MAUN GATEWAY TO THE OKAVANGO DELTA

We depart to Maun after breakfast. Which will be an exciting trip of about 3-4 hours also a route game drive to Maun Arriving to Maun you will spend your night in a hotel on a bed and breakfast basis dinner at own expenses

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Have breakfast then you will be transferred to Maun International Airport for your flight.

ITINERARY SUMMARY

A very comfortable non participatory wilderness camping with ensuite facilities (3 Nights) and lodging (2 nights). Bush Orchestra Safaris will provide a bucket shower with warm water heated by the fire. Bush Orchestra Safaris provides chairs with backrests and a drinking tub holder, comfortable bedroll fully equipped with linen, towels,mess tents, Tents (3x3 m bow tents), mosquito gauze on door & windows). Bush Orchestra Safaris camp assistant erects tents and do bedding and our chef prepares meals in the camp.
